MEET VAL AND PAUL
We’re a husband-and-wife team that provides real estate photos, videos, and marketing services for Realtors on the Sunshine Coast, BC.
Our photos and videos exist to help Realtors get more listings and sell more real estate. Every photograph and frame of video that we provide is in support of that goal. Our signature product is our narrated first-person walkthrough tour.
We spend your money like it’s our own. It’s important that we’re not simply providing a transactional service but creating positive results for our clients (and their clients, too).
In life and in work, we operate with integrity, sincerity, and kindness. Growth, progress, and enabling others are three of our key values and we choose to work with similarly aligned clients.
While our focus is Realtors and real estate photos/videos, we do occasionally take on non-real estate related projects.
ABOUT VAL
Val’s been a real estate photographer since 2017. She’s shot thousands of photos for hundreds of Sunshine Coast homes.
She’s also a REALTOR® with RE/MAX City Realty Gibsons and appears in her own series of hosted real estate videos on YouTube.
Val’s the driving force behind Live on the Sunshine Coast, a YouTube channel that celebrates living in the best place in Canada! Her vlogs give viewers an authentic look at life on the Sunshine Coast, BC.
In addition to the YouTube channel, Val also maintains the popular Live on the Sunshine Coast Instagram account. The feed is filled with local photos and slice-of-life content but the topic of real estate does pop up from time to time.
Away from real estate, Val enjoys the outdoors and being active. She’s one of only two lifetime members of the Gibsons Paddle Club and she also loves hiking the Sunshine Coast’s many trails.
ABOUT PAUL
Paul’s been a marketer since 2002 and a real estate videographer since 2017. He’s shot hundreds of Sunshine Coast real estate videos.
He started his marketing career in 2002 as a copywriter for Edmonton’s top radio stations. His love of broadcasting lead to him writing, producing, and occasionally hosting podcasts.
When he’s not shooting or editing real estate videos, Paul makes frequent appearances on Val’s YouTube channel and is a co-host on the Live on the Sunshine Coast video podcast.
When he’s not working, Paul loves nothing more than accompanying Val on her outdoor adventures.
He’s a minimally effective poker player and an unsuccessful manager of a fantasy hockey team.
